    软弱土层中双层隧道导洞施工顺序数值分析

    THE NUMBER ANALYSIS ON PILOT CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE OF SMALL HEIGHT-SPAN RATIO TUNNEL IN SOFT SOIL

    • 摘要: 为了解在软弱土层中不同的导洞开挖顺序对隧道围岩造成的影响,以北京市某地下双层隧道工程为依托,建立三维数值模型,在不考虑地下水影响的情况下模拟整个施工过程。研究表明:综合考虑地表沉降、边墙水平收敛、应力场和塑性区的因素,得出在软弱土层中先开挖单侧导洞为较优开挖方案;分析不同的开挖方案对后续二次衬砌的影响,并发现针对不同的方案,拆除临时仰拱均为施工最薄弱点。该研究可为后续的隧道开挖工程提供参考和指导。

       

      Abstract: In order to understand the influence of different excavation sequence for tunnel surrounding rock in soft soil, taking the excavation of double-layer tunnel in Chaoyang District as background, the construction is simulated by 3D numerical simulation method. Results are as follows: the better solution is found by considering the change of the surface subsidence, horizontal convergence of the side wall, stress field and plasticized zone distribution; in both two solutions, removal of temporary invert is the most vulnerable step in construction. The result can provide reference and guidance for the follow-up program.
