Abstract:
The mountainous area in China accounts for about two-thirds of the land area. The contribution of mountain tourism to China's national economy is increasing. However, due to the hidden dangers of geological disasters in mountainous areas, if the local scenic spots do not address them properly, it can lead to geological disasters, which seriously hinders the rapid development of tourism in these areas. In order to more effectively reduce the risk of geological disasters in mountain scenic spots, the author proposes the engineering geomechanics method for mountain scenic route planning. This method consists of seven aspects: (1)When planning the route, it is necessary to maintain a distance from geological disaster areas. (2)Research on the engineering geomechanics of scenic spots and routes. (3)Investigate local historical geological disasters and potential risks. (4)Priority avoidance should be adopted for high-risk areas, and appropriate engineering reinforcement measures should be taken when they cannot be avoided. (5)Accurately grasp the local daily weather forecast. (6)Conduct necessary real-time monitoring. (7)Visitors are usually not allowed to leave the designated tour route. Relevant research and practical applications in Shepan Island scenic spot show that this method is expected to better prevent and control the hidden dangers of geological disasters in mountain scenic spots, further promote the sustainable development of mountain tourism, and achieve the goals of revitalizing rural areas and alleviating poverty.
