Abstract:
The multi-disk anchor is a newly developed anchor, which has the advantages of high uplift capacity, strong robustness and flexibility. Based on the indoor model test of the multi-disk anchor to further grasp the pull-out bearing performance,an on-site slope anchoring prototype test was carried out. The test results show that as the disk diameter increases from 300 mm to 500 mm,the pull-out bearing capacity of the single-support disk anchor is increased by 35.7%,50%,and 71.4%,respectively,compared with the ordinary anchor, and the deformation control is also enhanced accordingly. In the silty clay, the double-supported anchor bolt with the spacing between the support disks is greater than or equal to 4 times the diameter of the support disk, which can give more synergistic effect of the two support disks and accordingly, achieve greater uplift bearing capacity. With the support disks increased from 1 to 3,and the locked strata are is also increased, with greater pull-out bearing capacity and deformation control ability. The load-displacement relationship of the multi-disk anchor may be represented as in a hyperbolic model and used as to predict the bearing capacity. These results provide a good theoretical foundation for the engineering application of multi-branched anchors.
