两种纤维加筋固化土的抗冻融性能评价

    EVALUATION ON FREEZE-THAW RESISTANCE OF TWO TYPES OF SH AGENT-LIME-FIBER-SOIL

    • 摘要: 冬季冻结和春季融化易引发路堤冻胀、路面塌陷问题。以石灰、SH固土剂、聚丙烯纤维和玄武岩纤维加筋固化土,研究冻融对两种纤维加筋固化土的抗压强度、弹性模量及微观结构的影响,分析抗压强度、弹性模量与微观结构参数的相关性,评价两种纤维加筋固化土的冻融耐久性。结果表明:SH固土剂、聚丙烯纤维和玄武岩纤维的最优掺量分别为1.5%、0.2%和0.2%。随冻融次数增加,两种纤维加筋固化土的抗压强度和弹性模量降低;颗粒面积比和等效直径降低,扁圆度增加;土中的微裂纹逐渐增多并延伸为贯通微裂纹,冻融导致土的结构疏松。两种纤维加筋固化土的抗压强度和弹性模量与颗粒面积比、等效直径和扁圆度的关联度依次递减,纤维加筋主要通过增大颗粒面积比提高其力学性能。相同冻融次数下,相较于玄武岩纤维加筋固化土,聚丙烯纤维加筋固化土的抗压强度和弹性模量更大,抗冻融性能更好。在土中掺入8%的石灰、1.5%的SH固土剂和0.2%的聚丙烯纤维,可提高土的冻融耐久性,满足路堤土的填筑需求。

       

      Abstract: Embankment frost heave and road collapse problems are caused by freezing in winter and melting in spring. Using lime,SH agent,polypropylene fiber,and basalt fiber stabilized soil,freeze-thaw effects on the compressive strength,elastic modulus,and microstructure of two types of SH agent-lime-fiber-soil were studied. The correlation between mechanical properties and microstructure parameters was analyzed,and the freeze-thaw durability of the two types of SH agent-lime-fiber-soil was evaluated. The results showed that the optimal contents of SH agent,polypropylene fiber,and basalt fiber were 1.5%,0.2%,and 0.2%,respectively. As freeze-thaw cycles increased,the compressive strength and elastic modulus of the two types of SH agent-lime-fiber-soil decreased; the particle area fraction and particle equivalent diameter decreased,while the particle aspect ratio increased. Microcracks in the soil gradually increased and extended into through-microcracks,leading to a looser soil structure. The correlation degrees between the compressive strength and elastic modulus of the two types of SH agent-lime-fiber-soil and the particle area fraction,equivalent diameter,and aspect ratio decreased in sequence. Fiber reinforcement mainly enhanced mechanical properties by increasing the area ratio. Compared with SH agent-lime-basalt fiber-soil,under the same freeze-thaw cycles,SH agent-lime-polypropylene fiber-soil has higher compressive strength and elastic modulus,and better freeze-thaw resistance. Adding 8% lime,1.5% SH agent,and 0.2% polypropylene fiber to the soil can improve its freeze-thaw durability and meet the filling requirements of embankment soil.
