    THE APPLICATION OF CFG POUR PILE USED IN THE TALL BUILDING OF ZHENGXIN PLASA IN XI'AN

    • 摘要: 介绍了西安地区高层建筑采用CFG压灌桩的工程实例。以往设计对类似地质条件的高层建筑,多采用桩径800mm,桩长约40m左右的灌注桩,施工难度大,周期长,基础造价高。本工程设计将CFG压灌短桩成功应用于25层以上的高层建筑,该工法施工速度快,难度小,造价低,质量好,为类似建筑工程利用地基浅部硬持力层,充分发挥地基潜力,开创了先例。

       

      Abstract: The engineering example about a tall building in Xi'an which has successfully used CFG pour piles is introduced in this paper. In the past years, foundation designs to tall buildings of similar engineering geological conditions usually used the pour piles of 800mm in diameter and 40m in length, which had the disadvantages,such as on great construction difficulty, long construction period and high cost price on foundation. While the CFG pour short piles Method is successfully used in the design of tall building over 25 floors' height. And the Method takes advantage of shorter period, less difficulty, less cost price and better quality on construction, which shows a good example for the similar engineering geological structures to fully use harding pebble bearing layers below ground.
