EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON SANDY SOIL UNDER UNLOADING IN NORTH CHINA

Exploitation of deep groundwater caused by ground subsidence and earth fissures have become the major cities in North China Geological Hazards.In this paper,sandy soil of groundwater depression cones in North China as the research object.Basis on the test of repeated loading and unloading,and the sandy soil was not only elastic but also plastic; the resilience capacity was a is a variable,Sandy soil resilience change with the times rebound and the size of rebound stress.The results may be referred to in the control of disasters like land subsidence induced by the exploitation of deep groundwater.
