A field vibration test of dynamic consolidation of collapsible soil in a power plant has been statement,analysis shows that: in the collapsible soil,the vibration decreases rapidly near excitation source.And acceleration peak is greater when tamping energy is larger.In addition,the vibration attenuation characteristics have relationship with soil properties,source size,and vibration frequency and so on.Vibration tests can be used to determine the sphere of construction impact.
