APPLICATION OF GEOHAZARD RISK ASSESSMENT ON URBAN LAND USE PLANNING AND CONTROL

A survey found that geological environment problems perplex urban development caused by human activities account for more than 70% of all problems.Prevention of urban geological hazards is needed to transfer from passive reaction to active protection urgently.According to different type of land utilization,different risk assessment of geological hazards is carried out and the risk level of geological hazards under certain land use type is obtained,simultaneously geological hazards risk regionalization for land use is carried out and the division is put into land use planning for land use zoning and control of geological hazards risk.Take Pan Zhi-hua for example,risk assessment and zoning of geological hazards such as collapse,landslide,debris and land collapse,urban geological hazards risk map is compounded with urban land use planning map to make "Geological hazards risk control & proposal map for urban land use planning",then the map is brought into urban land use planning regulation and a new method is provided for urban geological hazards risk prevention.
