    橡胶颗粒-砂混合物压缩特性试验研究

    EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON COMPRESSIBILITY CHARACTERISTIC OF RUBBER-SANDS MIXTURES

    • 摘要: 废旧橡胶给环境保护带来很大压力, 工程上开始探究将橡胶颗粒与土混合以改良土的工程特性。为了探究橡胶颗粒对砂土的压缩特性的影响, 本文通过对不同砂含量的橡胶颗粒-砂混合物试样进行固结试验, 得出了不同砂含量情况下试样的密度以及不同砂含量条件下各试样的压缩变形曲线, 并以此分析了橡胶颗粒-砂的混合物的压缩特性。试验结果表明, 试样密度随砂含量增加而近似线性增加, 橡胶颗粒-砂混合物的可压缩性随着砂含量增大而降低, 砂含量越大混合物的残余应变越小, 橡胶颗粒-砂混合物的侧限压缩模量(Es)随着砂含量增加而增加, 当砂含量大于60%后增加速度明显加快。

       

      Abstract: Waste rubber chips bring a lot of pressure to the environment. Some researches have been done for improving the properties of soil with rubber particles in engineering. Several specimens of rubber-sands mixtures with different sands percentage composition were made and consolidation tests were done to explore the compression properties of mixtures influenced by rubber particles. The tests results were that the density curves and the stress-strain curves of the specimens with different sands fraction were presented. It was found that the density of specimens increases with the sands fraction increases approximately linearly. The specimens with a lower sands fraction are more compressible and show a larger residual deformation. The Es of specimens develops with the sands fraction increases and it grows much faster when the sands fraction is higher than 60%.
