Abstract: Faced with the exploration tasks, the development goal of each production enterprise is that make sure that the production can be quaranteed, costs have advantages, and there are high level of project management. Combining with the construction of drilling production capacity of Cho Side geotechnical company engaged in the exploration of labor production, some analysises and discussions of some works and explorations on the construction of drilling team, cost reduction, improvement of management level and other aspects are carried out in this essay.
