    风化砂岩层中抗拔桩极限侧阻力现场试验研究

    FIELD TEST STUDY ON ULTIMATE SIDE RESISTANCE OF UPLIFT PILES IN WEATHERED SANDSTONE

    • 摘要: 为了研究风化砂岩层中等截面桩极限侧阻力的分布特征,依托国网路平-富乐500千伏双回线路工程,开展现场真型试桩极限载荷抗拔试验,根据试验结果对11根等截面桩的极限侧阻力进行分析。试验发现,在土层中,桩侧极限侧阻力标准值随着土层深度的增加呈近线性增加;在强/中风化砂岩中,随着嵌入岩体的深度增加,桩侧极限侧阻力在整体上也表现出不断增大的特征;本试验场地土层、强风化砂岩层、中风化砂岩层中平均极限侧阻力值分别为91.3 kPa、456.8 kPa、1015.3 kPa;现行规范未考虑侧阻力随桩深增大的特征,计算结果为实测值的26.1%~46.0%,偏于保守;本文的试验结果对相似地层条件下的抗拔桩设计具有一定的参考意义。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the distribution characteristics of ultimate side resistance of even-section piles in weathered sandstone, field tests were carried out on the basis of the national network Pingfule 500 kilovolt double-circuit project. According to the test results, the ultimate side resistance of 11 even-section piles was analyzed. The results show that the value of ultimate side resistance of pile increases linearly with the increase of soil depth; in strong/moderately weathered sandstone, the ultimate side resistance of pile increases with the increase of embedded rock depth. In this test site, the average ultimate side resistance of soil layer, strongly weathered sandstone layer and moderately weathered sandstone layer is 91.3 kPa, 456.83 kPa and 1015.3 kPa respectively. Comparing with the current codes, it is found that the calculation results of the codes are conservative. The test results in this paper have certain reference significance for the design of uplift piles in similar strata.
