    成都粘土中复合载体夯扩桩试验研究

    EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON THE RAM-COMPACTION PILES WITH COMPOSITE BEARING BASE AT CLAY IN CHENGDU

    • 摘要: 文章介绍复合载体夯扩桩在成都地区的首例试验。在成都粘土中用复合载体夯扩桩专利设备分别制作有复合载体和无复合载体的等直径、等长度的两根桩,用载荷试验测试其桩承载力。试验表明:复合载体夯扩桩承载力是无复合载体桩的3.4倍;相同沉降情况下,前者单位沉降所贡献承载力远高于后者;相对无复合载体桩,复合载体夯扩桩可以适应较大沉降而不破坏。

       

      Abstract: The text introduces the first experiment of the Ram-compaction pile with composite Bearing Base in ChengDu. The Ram-compaction with composite bearing base patent equipment is applied to manufacture composite bearing base and common piles at the same diameter and length. Loading capacity is tested in using load test. It shows that bearing capacity of the Ram-compaction with composite bearing base is 3.4 times common Ram-compaction pile; at the same settlement, bearing capacity of the former is higher than the latter; the Ram-compaction with composite bearing base pile adapts to larger settlement than common Ram-compaction pile.
