    APPLICATION OF SAND BAG WELL TO SOFT FOUNDATION REINFORCEMENT OF ROAD WIDENING PROJECT

    • 摘要: 结合佛山市顺德区高富路百安互通立交段软基处理工程实例,系统介绍了道路扩建工程中应用袋装砂井加固软土地基的设计方法和现场施工监控方案。超载预压过程中路基沉降监测结果表明,预压填土高度的增大对路基固结沉降的增加有非常显著的影响。在堆载预压的初期和中期地基沉降速率较大,在堆载后期以及堆载完毕后的预压期,地基沉降速率明显减缓,袋装砂井排水固结施工时在堆载预压的初期和中期严格控制分级堆载大小与堆载速率尤其重要。公路扩建工程中在立交桥改造扩建路段采用袋装砂井堆载预压法加固软土地基取得了良好的加固效果,具有较好的经济优势,值得进一步推广应用。

       

      Abstract: Based on the project about the soft-foundation treatment of Baian interchange,Gaofu road,the methods of design and construction monitoring program that are applied to reinforce soft-foundation with sand bag well are introduced systematically.The monitoring results of settlement indicate that the increase of preloading height can significantly effect the increase of soft-foundation consolidation and settlement.the settlement rate is greater at the beginning of loading and medium-term of loading,the settlement rate reduce obviously at the later-term of loading and the time of preloading,so strictly control the size of rating loading and settlement rate are very important at the beginning of loading and medium-term of loading.Sand bag well is applied to soft foundation reinforcement of overpass renovation and expansion section in road widening project can gain good reinforcement result and economic benefits,the further application is valued.
