    金川Ⅲ矿区副井工程变形分析与稳定性控制研究

    RESEARCH ON DEFORMATION ANALYSIS AND STABILITY CONTROL OF SUBSIDIARY SHAFT IN JINCHUAN MINE NO.3

    • 摘要: 针对金川Ⅲ矿区副井工程在深部工程地质条件发生变化所潜在的工程稳定性问题,本文类比相邻的主井工程地质条件,采用数值分析方法对深部井身段工程的支护厚度和让压量进行分析。由此研究显示,副井的支护厚度应由原设计的450mm增加到700mm为佳。为控制变形地压应在施工过程中释放位移70~90mm。此时井筒收敛量达到45mm。为保证井筒的安全使用空间,井筒净直径应由原设计的6.3m修改为6.35m。该研究所提出的修改设计方案应在Ⅲ矿区实施,获得了成功。

       

      Abstract: This paper is mainly to study the subsidiary shaft's stability which may be potentially deformation failure owing to the varying engineering geologic condition in depth. With the help of the adjacent main shaft's engineering geologic condition the relation between the liner's thickness and releasing deformation is probed by using numerical analyses. The research shows that the rational thickness of liner of the subsidiary shaft is about 700mm and rational releasing displacement is 70~90mm. In order to satisfy safely using space the diameter of the shaft would increase up 6.35m from designed 6.3m. The revised design proposal had been adopted and obtained success in the construction of the shaft.
