    STUDY ON VIBROFLOTATION METHOD TO REINFORCE THE LOESS-LIKE SOIL FOUNDATION

    • 摘要: 本文以齐鲁石化公司胜利炼油厂黄土状土地基加固为工程背景,采用现场测试方法对振冲碎石桩加固处理黄土状土地基方法进行了验证。检测发现振冲后桩间土的强度不会高于夯后(振冲处理前)土层的强度。因此认为:特定条件下振冲法能提高黄土状土地基承载力,且通过控制振冲器制桩工作电流达到造成不同桩径使地基强度更均匀的目。但75千瓦的大型振冲器仅能将地基承载力提高50%,在特定条件下以及没有更好的选择时可用于加固黄土状土地基。

       

      Abstract: Through in-situ test,this paper validated that the vibro-replacement stone column can be used to reinforce the loess-like soil foundation.The test was carried out on the loess-like soil foundation of Qi-lu petrochemical refinery,and it was found that strength of the soil between piles after vibroflotation is not higher than that of before the vibroflotation.So it is concluded that vibroflotation method can improve the ground bearing capacity of loess-like soil foundation under certain conditions,working current of pile driving can be manipulated to make piles with different pile diameters which can make the foundation strength more uniformity.However,the ground bearing capacity can only be increased by 50% by the large-scale vibroflotation devices with the power of 75 kW,so it is only can be used under certain conditions or while no better choice can be made.
