    复合土钉基坑支护优化模拟分析

    OPTIMIZATION SIMULATIONS OF COMPOSITE SOIL-NAIL RETAINING STRUCTURE IN FOUNDATION PIT ENGINEERING

    • 摘要: 本文应用三维非线性数值模拟软件,对基坑工程中采用多种复合土钉支护方案进行数值模拟分析,包括及基坑工程的分步土方开挖、土钉安设与面层制作等全过程施工模拟,对包括同等工况下的单纯土钉支护、预应力锚杆复合土钉支护和超前微桩复合土钉支护力学性状比较,揭示复合土钉支护基坑的坑外土层张拉区分布、支护面层力学特征、坑底隆起和土钉轴力分布等方面的力学特性与差异性,结合复合土钉支护基坑工程实例应用,系统研究复合土钉支护作用机理及其工作性能,为推广应用和优化设计提供理论基础。

       

      Abstract: Base on general three dimension nonlinear numerical simulation software,mechanism of composite soil-nail retaining structures in foundation-pit engineering are analyzed in this paper.Research contents include whole construction process simulation of excavation by steps,soil nailing installation and panel manufacture etc.By the comparison of mechanical characteristics among the pure soil-nail retaining support,pre-stressed anchor composite soil-nail support and pre-reinforced micro pile composite soil-nail support in the same engineering condition,tension distribution range of soil layer,bottom heaving in the pit and axial force distribution along nail etc.are analyzed.The action mechanism and working performance of soil-nail retaining support are also systematically studied and theoretical basis can be provided in optimal design,popularization and application.
