    基于采空区活化变形规律分析的注浆处治范围确定方法研究

    STUDY ON THE METHOD OF DETERMINING THE SCOPE OF GROUTING TREATMENT BASED ON ANALYSISING ACTIVATED DEFORMATION LAWS OF GOAF

    • 摘要: 相似材料模拟实验研究结果表明,采空区活化变形规律与开采沉陷规律具有本质的不同。不同的开采方式、采空区的不同部位其残余空隙的发育程度差异较大,残余空隙的再冒落和压密在地表的影响范围要较开采沉陷时小。依据相似模拟实验结果,结合以往公路采空区处治经验,总结提出了不同地质采矿条件下的采空区覆岩活化移动角的参考数值,提出按采空区残余裂隙的分布及其活化变形规律确定处治的深度。和目前常用的方法相比,该方法可大大减小采空区处治的范围和深度,节省工程投资,具有明显的经济效益。研究成果对采空区处治技术的推广应用具有指导作用。

       

      Abstract: The results of similarity model test show that,the laws of activated deformation is essentially different from the Laws of mining subsidence in goaf.As different mining methods,the development degree of residual fissure in different parts of the goaf has great difference,and the scope on Surface influented by residual fissure falling further and compaction is smaller than the one influented by mining subsidence.According to the results of similar simulation experiment and refered to the Previous treatment experience of highway goaf,we summarized reference value of overburden stratas displacement angle,proposed that determining the treatment depth according to the crack distribution of goaf and its laws of activated deformation.Compared to currently used methods,This method can greatly reduce the treatment scope and depth of goaf and save investment with significant economic benefits.Achievements will play an important role in promoting the use of treatment technology on goaf.
