    PROTECTING TECHNIQUES TO THE ADJACENT BUILDINGS AND PIPELINES DURING DEEP FOUNDATION TRENCH EXCAVATING

    • 摘要: 某地铁站由于繁杂的周边环境和地质条件给工程的施工带来诸多困难,因基坑开挖引起临近建筑物的沉降与破坏问题更是本工程的难点。本文根据这些建筑物的基础形式和工程的要求,对临近建筑物的保护分别拟定了有效的方案,对开挖影响到的管线也提出了必要的改移、保护措施。

       

      Abstract: Construction of a subway station encountered many difficulties because of the complicated surrounding environment and geologic conditions, especially the problems of settlement and destroys of adjacent buildings caused by deep foundation trench excavating. Based on the foundation styles and engineering requirements of those buildings, effective protecting schemes to surrounding buildings are worked out individually in the paper. Additionally, necessary moving and protecting measures to the pipelines that are influenced by excavating are also proposed.
