    THE PRINCIPLE OF DRILL DESIGN HEAVY CALIBER BACK-ROTATING DRILLING MACHINE IN CONSTRUCTION OF GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING

    • 摘要: 在钻孔灌注桩的施工中,回转钻机钻头的设计是提高工效的重要影响因素。由于对成孔工艺的理解及设备配套情况不同,各施工单位常常会忽略钻头设计的一些细节,而这些细节可能就是提高工效和质量的重要因素。本文主要讨论全断面钻进工艺在钻头设计中容易被忽视的细节。通过对钻头结构关键点的优化设计,使钻头在不同地层中有更广泛的适应性,同时具有较高工效,达到保证质量、降低成本和加快施工进度的目的。

       

      Abstract: In the operating of the drilling pouring pile, drill design of back-rotating drilling machine is an important element for improving its efficiency. For the difference of the understanding of the drilling craft and the one of auxiliary device for the equipment, some details of the drill design are often ignored, but these details are probably important to improve the efficiency and the qualities of the drilling. This paper discusses these details ignored. By the optimal design for the key point of the drilling structure, the drilling's adaptability in different layers is improved widely. Meanwhile, the optimal design increases the drilling's efficiency and operating quality greatly, reduces its cost too.
