    北京怡海花园工程建筑抗浮设防水位研究

    ANALYSIS OF ANTI-FLOATING UNDERGROUND WATER TABLE FOR THE BUILDINGS IN YIHAI GARDEN IN BEIJING

    • 摘要: 抗浮设防水位是基础埋置深度可能会在地下水位以下的建筑物必须考虑的问题。本文根据北京地区的气象条件以及工程场区附近的工程地质和水文地质条件,利用多年地下水位监测的资料,分析了影响地下水位变化的主要因素,对工程场区未来的最高地下水位进行了预测,进而确定了北京怡海花园工程建筑的抗浮设防水位。

       

      Abstract: Anti-floating underground water table is a key parameter for the buildings whose foundations are buried below the underground water table. Based on the weather condition in Beijing and the engineering geological and hydrogeological conditions near the construction site, according to the underground water table data obtained from many year's monitoring, the main factors causing the change of the underground water table are analyzed and the highest underground water table of the construction site in the future is predicted. As a result, the anti-floating underground water table for the buildings in Yihai Garden in Beijing is determined.
