    STUDY ON METHOD OF IN-SITU LOAD TEST FOR THE PILE END BEARING OF EXCAVATED BELLED PILES

    • 摘要: 通过比较约束和无约束式,平硐式、横梁式、内撑式、锚拉式、堆载式等不同桩底测试方法的优缺点,结合武汉市某大学的一栋教学楼、实验楼人工挖孔桩工程实例,设计了平硐约束式桩端土原位静载试验,用于测定人工挖孔桩端土极限承载力,试验步骤主要包括设备与安装、最大荷载选取、加载与卸载观测等测试过程。对进行的6组试验数据进行了综合分析,结果表明该测试方法简便、有效、可行,较好地验证了设计参数的可靠性。

       

      Abstract: By comparison, the advantage and disadvantage of various pile end test methods are discussed such as restricted loading, adit-loading, beam loading, internal loading, anchor-pulled loading, preloading and so on. According to the characteristic of the instructional and laboratory building's excavated belled piles in some university, Wuhan City, adit-restricted in-situ load test is designed to obtain the pile end bearing of excavated belled piles. The steps of this test include equipment and its fix, selecting the maximum load, loading, unloading and so on. In this paper, the 6 groups of test data are analyzed comprehensively. The results indicate that the proposed test method is portable, effective and feasible.
