    TIME-SPACE THEORY OF HARMONY BETWEEN HUMAN AND EARTH ——ENGINEERING GEOLOGICAL THEORY OF DISASTER PREVENTION AND DISASTER REDUCTION

    • 摘要: 在人与自然的调谐中,应充分认识地质灾害发生的必然性。为此,提出了"人地调谐时空论"。人类工程活动与自然环境在时间上是不同尺度的;在空间上是有比选余地的。因此,将时空作为调谐的着力点,把握规律,以期达到工程的安全性和环境的保护。

       

      Abstract: For the harmony between human and earth, one should first of all understand an inevitability of geological hazards adequately. From this point, a new theory, the Time-Space Theory of Harmony Between Human and Earth, is put forward in the present paper. There exist different time scales between engineering activities of human and natural environments, however, which can be analogous in space. Based on the theory, the safety of projects will be ensured, and environmental protection can be achieved.
