    FORMATION AND CONTROL OF DEBRIS FLOW DISASTER AT NORTH AREA OF THE TIANSHAN HIGHWAY IN THE XINJIANG UYGUR AUTONOMOUS REGION

    • 摘要: 泥石流是新疆天山公路北段的主要病害类型。从丰富的泥石流物源、特殊的地貌特征及具有焚风效应的气象条件三方面系统分析了新疆天山公路北段泥石流灾害的形成环境;把区内的泥石流概化为坡面泥石流和沟谷泥石流两类,集中分布在拉帕特流域,分别建立了相应的流速计算公式;开发了适用于治理天山公路北段泥石流灾害的棚洞式排导结构和泥石流隧道两类新技术,前者适用于坡面泥石流,后者适用于沟谷泥石流,分别在K616泥石流和K631泥石流灾害治理中得到应用,并通过室内物理模型试验进行了防治效果验证。试验结果表明,所提出的治理技术具有较强实用性,泥石流暴发期间公路交通可有序进行。

       

      Abstract: Debris flow is a main disaster type in north Tianshan highway in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The formation environment of debris flow disaster in north Tianshan highway in Xinjiang was analyzed in system from abundant debris flow materials, peculiar geomorphological character and the climate condition of foehn effect. The debris flow in the area was classified into slope debris flow and ditch debris flow, and the debris flow distributed centralized in the Lapat watershed area, the velocities calculation formula of each debris flow type was established. Two new techniques of shed drainage-diversion structure and debris flow tunnel which can be used to control the debris flow disaster in north Tianshan highway well were developed. The former technique was used to control the slope debris flow and the later was used to control the ditch debris flow, and each technique was applied to control the debris flow disaster in correspondence with K616 and K631 along Tianshan highway. The control effect of each technique was proved by physical model experiment in the room. The experiment result indicated that the proposed control technique was well practicable, the highway traffic can be unhindered during the debris flow breaking out.
