    钢板桩围堰施工技术探讨

    CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUES DISCUSSION OF COFFERDAM WITH STEEL SHEET PILE

    • 摘要: 钢板桩围堰是承台及基础水下部分施工时的防水围堰,具有能够避免水下作业从而显著提高工作效率的优势。但是,钢板桩围堰施工中易出现钢板桩倾斜、带桩、不易合拢等现象,给顺利施工带来影响。保证钢板桩的垂直度,有利于解决带桩、不易合拢等问题。在施工过程中应注意结合地层特点、水流速度、钢板桩类型等,选择合适的钢板桩打入方式,同时加强适时监测,选用合适的方式及时纠偏,以提高钢板桩围堰的质量。武汉天兴洲公路铁路两用长江大桥部分桥墩深水基础采用钢板桩围堰施工,以59号桥墩为例,对钢板桩的选择、验算、内支撑设置及施工等方面进行了分析和探讨,总结了钢板桩围堰的施工经验,可为同类工程提供借鉴。

       

      Abstract: Cofferdam, which is the waterproof cofferdam build cushion cap and foundation underwater, can avoid the underwater work, then to promote the work efficiency. During the operation of cofferdam with steel sheet pile, pile declivity, adhesion of the pile to the adjacent one and hard to lock between piles take place usually to delay the construction speed. To ensure the verticality of piles is critical to solve these problems. Quality of Cofferdam with steel sheet pile may be guaranteed by attentive considerations of characteristics of strata, flow rate and the type of the steel sheet piles, with choosing proper styles of pile driving together. Meanwhile, to emphasize monitoring timely and then adjust the inclination of the piles in time play important role to improve the quality of cofferdam. Tianxingzhou Bridge across Yangtze River for highway and railway in Wuhan, which is under construction, has some piers underwater and need cofferdam. The 59th pier is chosen as an example for choosing and checking computations of cofferdam with steel sheet pile. By the Inside sustainer calculation and construction of the cofferdam and analysis, some experiences are proposed for other projects using for reference.
