    CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY CONTROL OF MASS CONCRETE STRUCTURE

    • 摘要: 阐述了大体积混凝土的特点、以及这些特点导致产生危害裂缝的质量问题。着重分析裂缝的产生主要原因是温度应力和收缩应力。控制温度应力和收缩应力必须采取的一些技术措施。施工准备阶段应调整混凝土配合比设计,适当减少水泥用量用来控制水化热,做好现场组织工作。施工过程中注意施工顺序、振捣时间、泌水及表面处理;后期养护时注意保温保湿、测温时间、温度的变化,并根据温度的变化随时调整保温措施。

       

      Abstract: The characteristic of mass contrete was summarized, and some qualitative problems caused by this structure was described such as cracks. It was shown by the relative analysis that stresses of temperature and shrink were the main factor of causing of cracks. So it is nessary to take some measures to control stresses of temperature and shrink. For example, the mix proportion design should be adjusted to decrease the usage of concrete and to restraint heat of hydration in the preparatory phase. During the construction, some key details should be considered well such as construction order, vibrating times, nleeding and surface treatment. Also, some insulation and humid measures are nessary to satisfy the changes of humidity and temperature.
