    钦州火电厂钻孔灌注桩断桩控制及模拟研究

    THE RESEARCH OF CAST-IN-PLACE PILE QUALITY CONTROL OF THE POWER PLANT PROJECT IN QINZHOU AND NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF THE FLAW PILE

    • 摘要: 以钦州火电厂地基处理为例,通过分析该厂址的工程地质条件与地基处理方式,针对地基处理中出现的钻孔灌注桩的断桩缺陷,提出了相应的防治措施及解决方案。在此基础上,运用FLAC3D数值模拟方法,建立了断桩的差分单元分析模型,求得了不同断桩部位的塑性区、位移、应力变化情况,分析了不同断桩部位对地基加固效果的影响,为工程处理钻孔灌注桩事故提供了一些有益的指导,同时也揭示了断桩机理。

       

      Abstract: Based on the geological condition and foundation treatment method of the power plant project in QinZhou,this paper studied the key point of quality control during the treatment project and the possible flaw pile during construction,preventive measures and solutions are suggested.On this basis,the method of numerical simulation was used,a model of flaw pile is stalished,the plastic zone,the stress,the displacement of different parts of flaw pile are calculated,and a possible influence of the flaw is analyzed.Some useful guidance of dealing with the incidents during the construction of cast-in-place pile for engineers are given in the paper and a new thinking for mechanism of flaw pile is provided.
