    水泥注浆与化学注浆加固破碎岩石对比试验

    COMPARISON EXPERIMENT OF THE MECHANICAL BEHAVIORS OF CEMENT AND CHEMICAL MATERIAL GROUTED FRACTURED ROCKS

    • 摘要: 本文试验对比了改性脲醛树脂和水泥注浆固结破碎岩体的力学性能。由于脲醛树脂化学浆液具有良好的流动性、渗透性和较强的黏结性能,与破碎岩体胶结后,固结体性质更加稳定,强度也明显高于水泥胶结的试样。试验还表明被注介质强度越低,其注浆后强度提高幅度越大,注浆效果也越明显。

       

      Abstract: This paper presents an expereimental study to contrast the mechanical behaviors of the urea-formaldehyde resin and cement grouted fractured rocks.The urea-formaldehyde resin grout shows better liquidity,permeability and cohensive property,therefore,the urea-formaldehyde resin grouted fractured rocks perform more stably,and stronger than cement grouts.The experiment also show that mechanical behaviors will be more greatly improved,if the fractured rocks mechanical behaviors are relatively low.
