    新疆工程地质与水文地质教育的现状及发展着力点

    SITUATION OF THE ENGINEERING GEOLOGY AND HYDROGEOLOGY EDUCATION IN XINJIANG,CHINA AND DISCUSSION ABOUT: KEY TO NEW BREAKTHROUGHS

    • 摘要: 在新疆发展需求现状的基础上,分析了新疆工程地质水文地质人才需求现状、教育现状、面临的挑战,提出了教育发展定位。分析认为,新疆发展将增加和提高对工程地质与水文地质专业人才数量和质量的需求; 新疆工程地质与水文地质教育分布不均衡,师资队伍、教育条件和专业学科建设的不足导致毕业生社会竞争力不足,教育和科技创新体系发展不能充分满足社会经济发展需求; 社会需求与教育现状的矛盾和人类工程与地质环境协调发展的关键工程水文地质问题,对新疆工程地质与水文地质教育提出了新的挑战; 融雪-山前冲洪积平原-盐湖系统的关键工程、水文地质问题可作为新疆大学工程地质与水文地质教育和研究的优势方向和重大科技问题突破口,山前地下水、地质灾害等内容的教育、研究是今后提升办学和研究水平的重要方向。

       

      Abstract: Xinjiang,China has been confronted with a big opportunity to develop since a series supporting programs founded by PRC. Engineering geology and hydrogeology are main branches to solve underground water resources and geologic engineering problems caused by constructions and exploitations in Xinjiang. Basing those demands,the situation of talents needed,educational trend and challenge of long-term progress are analyzed. Furthermore,a typical education and research area is discussed to be taken for one of the keys to make much progress in education and research. Conclusions of the study and deduce are: the number and quality of talents in engineering geology and hydrogeology will increase to adapt to the requirements cause by society expand of Xinjiang; Disequilibrium of educational distribution,deficiencies of teachers,educational surroundings and branches of learning come out with low employment rate and competence,in a another words,the educational/innovative system can not follow the needs of economic and social affairs; Cooperative relations between engineering and environment/geology conditions,such as some engineering geology and hydrogeology problems bring out a higher request to the level of engineering geology and hydrogeology education; the scientific field about engineering geology and hydrogeology problems around snow broth from high mountains,plain of alluvium-diluvium,salt lake/river can be the main characteristic of Xinjiang University to run the specialty of engineering geology and hydrogeology and make scientific effort.
