    APPLICATION OF GRAVEL COLUMN COMPOUND FOUNDATION TO HIGH EMBANKMENT ENGINEERING

    • 摘要: 通过四川成南高速公路NO .E4合同段振动沉管粒料桩、塑料排水板与砂粒垫层综合处治法在高填路堤软基处理的施工实践, 总结出在山岭重丘区高填路堤软基处理的施工工艺、质量控制, 桩身密实度检测, 垂直沉降与侧位移监控等一套系统方法, 通过现场实测数据与设计沉降数据对比, 得出高填路堤软基处理地段综合运用新技术、新工艺与新材料的成功经验, 具有一定的推广价值。

       

      Abstract: Chengdu Nanchong expressway on the mileage from K72+900 to K73+300 passes through a weak foundation, on which the high embankment must be constructed .The bearing capacity of the roadbed is very low, and is not satisfied the requirement of design .In order to improve the bearing capacity of the weak foundation, polytechnical method, including gravel column compound foundation, plastic drain slab and sand-gravel padding are adopted. The engineering practice proves that effectiveness of these methods is very good .This paper summarizes the construction technology, engineering quality control and examination techniques. The result introduced in this paper will have good used in future engineering .
