    APPLICATION OF ELASTIC WAVE CT TO DETECTING THE REINFORCEMENT EFFECT OF A PORT

    • 摘要: 青岛港是我国北方一个很重要的港口码头,但由于年久失修,码头的使用出现安全隐患。经多种修补方案比较,最终采用垂直注浆加固方案。为了检测码头高压注浆加固处理效果,采用弹性波CT方法并结合岩芯波速测试及强度试验对其进行检测。本文简要叙述了弹性波CT法的原理与测试方法,探讨了该法在灌浆效果检测中的应用。试验证实,弹性波CT技术在探测水下高压注浆效果检测方面有其独特的效果。

       

      Abstract: Qingdao port is an important port in northen China. But there exists hidden peril in its service as it has long been out of repair. Compared with several reinforcement schemes,the scheme of vertical grouting was adopted finally. In order to detect the reinforcement effectiveness of the port by underwater high-pressure grouting,the elastic wave CT technique, and detection of wave velocity and point loading strength of the rock core specimens are adopted. In this article,the principle of detection and the elastic wave computer-aided tomography (CT) are introduced and the application of elastic wave CT to examining the effect of grouting is discussed. It is confirmed that elastic wave CT technique is uniquely effective in detecting the effect of grouting at high pressure under water.
