    深部软岩巷道喷射钢纤维混凝土支护技术

    SUPPORT TECHNIQUE OF STEEL FIBER SHOTCRETE FOR SOFT ROCK TUNNEL AT GREAT DEPTH

    • 摘要: 针对深部软岩的基本特征, 提出了深部软岩巷道支护的新思路, 即改变现有的锚喷作业顺序, 并通过在素喷混凝土中掺入适量钢纤维的方法来改善混凝土的整体力学性能, 使之更好地适应软岩巷道大变形的需要。借助数值模拟, 进行了支护方案的对比分析, 并提出了合理的支护方案。

       

      Abstract: To counter the general behaviors of soft rock at great depth, a new support technique of soft rock tunnel at great depth is suggested in this paper. Firstly change the recently used sequence of bolting and shotcreting and then mix h the standard concrete with a certain amount of steel fiber to improve the mechanical behavior of standard concrete so that the shotcrete can meet the needs of large deformation of soft rock. The numerical modelling is employed to compare the support schemes and a reasonable scheme is proposed. The support scheme is practiced successfully at the transport tunnel on the level -575m of the Coal Mine No.10 of Hebi Coal Mining Administration.
