Abstract: Based in geomorphological features under the premise, make full use of the features of engineering geology regularity control, and combined with the Northern Shaanxi area geological structure characteristics, groundwater buried conditions, geological disaster development status of engineering geological conditions, engineering geology of Northern Shaanxi area of simple division. On the basis of this, combined with the physical and mechanical properties of the rock and soil and the erosion of the river water system of Zhidan county. Zhidan county is divided into loess low hill area, loess mountain ridge hilly gully region, rocky mountain area and river valley, and the formation conditions of loess mountain ridge hilly gully region have a more detailed description. The work of this paper is not only deeper, more systematic, more comprehensive, more scientific understanding of engineering geological characteristics of the Loess Plateau loess provided the first hand data, but also for projects under similar conditions geological zoning evaluation for reference.
