    STUDYING ON THE SOFTENING CHARACTERISTICS OF MUDSTONE ALONG MIAN-NING FREEWAY

    • 摘要: 陕南勉宁地区泥岩主要由黏土矿物组成,具有泥质含量高,结构较为疏松,抗风化能力弱,物理力学性质较差等特点。特别是遇水后短时间内泥岩迅速膨胀、崩解和软化,岩石裂隙发育明显,岩石强度显著降低,对勉宁高速公路的建设有较大影响。在此研究的基础上,本文设计了泥岩与水相互作用的浸水试验并得到以下结论:浸水后泥岩易在蒙脱石等不稳定矿物处破坏,裂隙基本均沿水平层理发育。随着浸水时间加长,裂隙发育到一定程度后,裂隙贯通形成破裂面。泥岩在饱水-风化-饱水的循环状态下比在一直浸水的状态下,裂隙更为发育,岩石力学性质降低更明显,岩石崩解软化速度更快,岩石更容易破坏。

       

      Abstract: The mudstone of Mianxian-Ningqiang area in the southern Shaanxi is mainly composed of clay minerals,which characteristics of high shale content,loose rock structure,weak anti-weathering ability and poor physical and mechanical properties.Especially contact with water the mudstone is rapidly expansion,disintegration and softening in the short time,and is significantly for rock fractures development and rock strength decreased,which is dad for Mian-Ning freeway construction.Based on this analysis,water immersion test of mudstone and water interaction is designed and the following conclusions are obtained in this paper: the mudstone failure is easily occurred in the position of montmorillonite and other unstable mineral and fractures are almost development along the horizontal bedding after soaking.With longer soaking time,the rupture surface is formed as fracture transfixion when fractures developed to certain degree.In the circulatory state of saturated-weathering - saturated,the rock fractures are more development,the mechanical properties are more decreased,the rate of disintegration and softening are more fast and the rock failure are more easy than in the state of always soaking.
