    3D MODELING ON COMPLICATED GEOLOGICSL SITUATIONS WITH ITS APPLICATIONS

    • Jinping Ⅰ hydropower station is a large scale engineering project with complicated geological conditions, which make great difficulties in geological analysis. It's an urgency to figure out analyzers with which can help. The author makes a review of modeling processes of complex geological objects, such as Santan syncline, deep fractures, rock masses of level-Ⅳ2 and so on in Jinping Ⅰ. Based on 3D geological logging maps, a summarize on complex geological surface modeling methods is put forward. Then, a visualization analysis is carried out. It shows several analysis of dam heads, side slopes and underground cavities in the 3D geological models. These practices can provide reference for other project of similar kind.
