    FITTING ANALYSIS OF RED CLAY CURVE OF STRAIN HARDENING

    • Using TFB-1 triaxial apparatus of stress and strain control, to the red clay was subjected to saturated consolidation undrained triaxial test, based on the hardening characteristics of the stress-strain curve of red clay, the constitutive model was fitted. The result of the experiment shows that the stress-strain curve of red clay shows hardening property and its strengthening inflection point appears at the strain of 0.5%~2%; strain hardening type red clay should stress and strain characteristic curve for fitting a power function model, but to strengthen the position of the inflection point is not sensitive.
