KEY PROBLEMS AND MEASURES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BEITIANSHAN TUNNEL IN XINJIANG

Beitianshan Tunnel in Xinjiang is a key and very important project in the railway of Jingyifuo. Based on a great deal of investigation and earlier construction, the feature and key points of the tunnel were introduced firstly in this paper. The groundwater and bad geological conditions are crucial problems in the construction of the tunnel. In the end, some technological measures were suggested according to the corresponding discuss and experience, which is a good reference for similar project.
