ON THE VULNERABILITY OF URBAN GEOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENT OF KUNMING CITY

With the booming of economic and urbanization progress, some vulnerability problems of urban geological environment of Kunming city are presented, some of the problems have been paid the special attention by the government, however some of the problems still did not cause to the necessary attention. There are many problems existed in the city of Kunming, such as, geological disasters, frangible geological phenomena, groundwater quality, environment quality, suitable site for the waste treatment, land resources, water resources etc.. Enough attention must be paid to these problems in the progress of developing and perfecting for the city of Kunming.
