OVERCONSOLIDATION SOIL PLATE LOADING TEST AND BEARING CAPACITY ANALYSIS

There are great differences between over consolidated soil and normally consolidated soil in compression deformation characteristics. In this paper, the author analyzes the trait of plate loading test curve of over consolidation soil. Two methods were proposed to confirm the bearing capacity in according to the plate loading test curve of over consolidated soil, which has much significance for engineering.
