Abstract
The dates from conventional water pressure test of Guandi Hydropower Station are analyzed by using R/S method. The results show that Permeability of Rock Mass has self-similarity and satisfies scale-invariance, and reflect that the heterogeneous degrees with depths are the essential characteristic of Rock Permeability. The bigger the hausdorff dimension was, the more the heterogeneity with depths of Rock Permeability was. On the contrary, the weaker the heterogeneity with depths of Rock Permeability was.
