DEFORMATION MONITORING AND ANALYSIS ON EXPANSIVE SOIL SLOPE DURING CUTTING AND PROTECTING IN XIANGJING EXPRESSWAY

A deformation monitoring on expansive soil slope during cutting and protection was completed in Xiangjing Expressway. Based on contrast research on deformation characteristics of slope in variant weather condition, cutting and protection situation, the crucial factor was discussed to diminish deformation; the function of retaining wall and surface protection was analyzed; then some corresponding advice was given for cutting and protection of slope.
