APPLICATION OF GEOTEXTILE IN THE SOFT SOIL SUBGRADE

Geotextile is a new type of construction material in the field of geotechnical engineering, which is used widely in the road engineering for treating with soft soil subgrade. This paper expound the characteristics of the geotextile. The method of design and application are introduced and discussed.
