    APPLICATION OF GEOLOGY RADAR TECHNIQUE TO THE GEOTECHNOLOGY EXPLORATION IN THE COMPLEX ENGINEERING GEOLOGY CONDITION

    • Under complex engineering geology conditions, it is very important to select reasonable and economical method in exploring since the characteristic of rock and soil varies in space. Based on some case study, this paper discusses the effective application of geology radar technique in the geotechnology exploration under these similar conditions. Because of its high resolution and real-time expression of obtained photo, this technique, which is combined with other borehole surveying and takes some reasonable workflow, may explore effectively the fabric of underground geological body and its change in space. This method suggested in this paper may give much important information for the evaluating of geotechnical engineering and increase the efficiency of exploration greatly.
