    • To meet city underground engineering, this paper introduces the theory, technique and methods of 2-D geo-electrical imaging developed from investigation technology and method theory of conventional resistivity method. Some examples are used to illustrate the dominance and feasibility of this technology in studying engineering and environmental geological problem.
