TIME-SPACE THEORY OF HARMONY BETWEEN HUMAN AND EARTH ——ENGINEERING GEOLOGICAL THEORY OF DISASTER PREVENTION AND DISASTER REDUCTION

    • For the harmony between human and earth, one should first of all understand an inevitability of geological hazards adequately. From this point, a new theory, the Time-Space Theory of Harmony Between Human and Earth, is put forward in the present paper. There exist different time scales between engineering activities of human and natural environments, however, which can be analogous in space. Based on the theory, the safety of projects will be ensured, and environmental protection can be achieved.
