ANALYSIS OF DREDGER-RECLAMATION AND THE TREATMENT OF SOFT SOIL

Dredger-reclamation is a kind of technology which means to make the silt or sand with the sea water into paste by some certain proportion and transport the paste to the assigned regions, then to drain water and solidify the land. An engineering example is introduced,how the dredger-reclamation comes into being and its geological characteristics as load in some port area of Shenzhen reclamation project, and also gives two widely applicable methods applied to the dredger-reclaimed soil.
