    TOPSOIL RAINFALL INFILTRATION LAW RESEARCH ON MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE LANDFILL

    • Considering climatic characteristics and burial depth of groundwater in loess region, the main solute eluent source is from the rainwater infiltration after municipal solid waste was filled to cover up, the thickness of covered soil should be design by rainfall infiltration depth. According to soil physics and saturated-unsaturated seepage theory, make use of grain size analysis experiment, we can obtain soil-water characteristic curve and permeability curve. Through numerical simulation with finite element method, we can understand moisture infiltration law under various rainfall conditions, which offer reference and principle to the covered layer plan of landfill and solute transfer about eluent.
