GEOLOGICAL PROTECTION PROJECT OF THE LONGMEN GROTTOES IN LUOYANG

This paper start with the analysis of weathering actuality of Longmen Grottoes in LuoYang, combines with the result of investigation of 3 caverns ( QianXi temple and HuangPuGong cave and Lu hole ) geological damage, we can divide the damage effect of Longmen Grottoes into mechanics effect、chemical effect and biology effect, it have analysed the environmental geological condition and solution to protect cavern of problem, and suggested that this kind of stone quality cultural relic is geological to protect the scheme of project, so as to study the accomplishment protect work for the stone quality cultural relic of similar condition have certain reference to take affect.
