Abstract
By making use of ABAQUS finite element program, using Mohr-Columb constitute model of soil containing gas hydrate and based on the physical and strength parameters of soil before and after the gas hydrate dissociation, the stress and strain distributions of the pipe and sediment near the pipe are caculated under different range conditions of gas hydrates dissociation. The effects of gas hydrate dissociation on the pipe and sediment stability are analyzed and estimated.
