COAST SYSTEM VULNERABILITY EVALUATION OF HEBEI PROVINCE

In order to discuss the method of evaluation the vulnerability of coastal system, This thesis according to the fundamental of economy,objectivity, maneuverability, representativeness, introduced the analytical hierarchy process(AHP) which based on the GIS, selected eight evaluation factors are as follows Storm-influenced Frequency, Change-rate To Relatively Sea Level, Coast Styles, Coast Erode-deposit Rate, Reach Coast Underwater Gradient, Ground Sedimentation Rate, Coastal Development Styles, Nearshore Water Quality, to evaluated the vulnerability of coastal system of Hebei Province. A mature evaluation method is adopted, the selected value factors accorded with the actual situation of the valued-region.
