    ELASTO-PLASTIC ANALYSES OF THE STABILITY OF OUTANG OLD LANDSLIDE AFTER CONSTRUCTION OF THREE-GORGES RESERVOIR BY USING 2D FEM

    • The elasto-plastic analyses of the stability of Outang old landslide after construction of Three-Gorges Reservoir are carried out by using 2D FEM. In the computation, the effect of water level variation, seepage flow pressure, construction load, and seismic force on the stability of landslide is considered, and the critical failure conditions of the landslide are given also.
